KAIROS Blanket Exercise

“Truth is needed before reconciliation can happen.”

The KAIROS Blanket Exercise (KBE) is a workshop that brings people together to explore truths that are integral to the reconciliation process.

Guided by experienced KBE facilitators, participants are actively involved on a journey through the historic and contemporary relationship between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples on Turtle Island. The journey spans centuries, from pre-European contact to treaty-making, colonization, resistance, and perseverance.

Please be aware that the KBE is a powerful educational tool with the potential to trigger intense emotions. Participants may choose to read through the attached resource, "Coping with Emotional Reactions", before or after the workshop. 

Open to everyone ages 18+. Registration is required.
