Explore and practice beginner mindfulness in this interactive five-week workshop as you:
- cultivate self-awareness
- reduce reactivity to triggers
- choose helpful responses to stress
- focus attention
- enhance creativity
- be more present in relationships
- improve sleep habits
For ages 18+. Participants will be seated in chairs. Please bring mats if you prefer to sit on the floor and pillows for extra comfort if you need them. Wear comfortable clothes and no scents.
Please plan to attend all five sessions: July 8, July 15, July 22, July 29, and August 5. Registration for the series will close on July 8, 2023.
